Renewed my ADR licence and cannot fault them in any way. Course was delivered exceptionally well by Ker and he explained everything in such a way that out made everything so much easier when it came to the exams. The facilities were spot on clean tidy and couldn't fault them in any way. Would highly recommend these every day of the week, thank you

I completed a full ADR course today using Oakwood training in Wick- Bristol. Honestly, Ker was amazing facilitating the course with a lot professionalism. Everything was explained to me, the course materials, as well as the reference book covered everything we needed to know.. I can't rate Oakwood training high enough. Fantastic DCPC training day, again, at Oakwood. As always Ker is and excellent trainer and host. The new venue at Wick is excellent, comfortable, warm and refreshments on tap. Plenty of parking too. Highly recommend.

Most of us view the CPC training as an inconvenient pain and we leave it to the last minute to do, Ker takes all that on board and somehow you leave his courses with a view that you have actually learnt something you didn’t previously know.
Ker reminds you that a Driver is classed as a “professional occupation” and of the importance of refreshing your knowledge, along with a little added humour

Kerry is very knowledgeable, engaging and down to earth.
I especially liked that I could have my modules as a classrom based (as opposed to Zoom) experience.
The course was presented in a very professional way whilst managing to maintain the focus of the group - both those in the classroom and those remotely linked.
I will definitely take further modules with Kerry again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. 10/10 !

Good location with plenty of free parking. Nice comfortable room with tea and coffee. Kerry try’s to make the courses as entertaining as he possible can.

you will not find a better company to do a CPC course, i found the course information well laid out, easy to understand and follow.
Ker Hooper was amazing, relaxed and had time for everyone

I had two CPC outstanding and was looking to sit them in a classroom (old school style) rather than on line searched around and came across Oakwood Solutions really close to my home so phoned Ker Hooper and booked them in with him The venue was amazing clean tidy and loads of parking so no stress the course's were so relaxed and well presented by Ker I would definitely use and recomend Oakwood to anyone looking for a brilliant training course and venue

i have been using OAKWOOD TRAINING SOLUTIONS for a number of years now not only for myself but putting many of my drivers through as well.
i always get a good response from the staff who attend these courses.
i attended the health & safety / eco driving course via an online link.
The course itself was very informative and made some very good and interesting points.
Ker who is the instructor kept everyone involved be it in the classroom with him, or to the candidates online not an easy job but Ker seems to manage it very well.
overall an excellent professional experience with a very friendly helpful approach.

I’ve attended many courses over the years, and this was the best.

The trainer was well versed in his subject, and made it informative and interesting.

Involvement of the group was encouraged, and many subjects were discussed, and I’m sure we all learn something new would not hesitate to use again.

He kept everyone engaged in a relaxed atmosphere, without compromising professionalism. Structured to maximise learning, he started with an overview. This was followed with a constant combination of going deeper on a topic and going over what has already been taught. And it wasn’t mentally taxing all the time. Through experience, he knew how to mix sections in a way that gave our brains a break. This guy even seemed to know when someone needed a bit more help, just by observation. Everyone exceeded their expectations. Except for one who arrived full of confidence (there’s always one). Everyone enjoyed a good laugh throughout and everyone passed. Apparently the laughing and passing isn’t guaranteed.

Ker was good at teaching, using his knowledge of ADR and CPC and passing the knowledge onto his learners using PowerPoint and hand outs, and keeping up involved with questions at every possible times

ADR 1st timer , very well presented course , trainer explained things clearly and in such a way that it was very easy to understand and remember. Would highly recommend ker and his team at Oakwood solutions group and wish them continued success.

I have been on many ADRs over the last 30 years, this was one of the better ones. Thank you Ker, the week flew by.
