Very helpful company with careful, polite and courteous guys doing the packing and moving - and a good back office that includes useful storage if you are staggering a move as we did. Only gripe was they omitted to tell us that they would move our piano to the new house but not take it beyond the ground floor. They say they will make this clear in their contracts from now on but it spoilt an otherwise good experience with them and the admin people - who had been very quick to respond to emails before and during the move - were conspicuously silent when we were asking them about taking the piano to the first floor. We went to another company to get this job done in the end
