I've struggled many years with my gut health and never truly found anything that has consistently worked for me before trying Referm capsules. I got a recommendation by a friend, who said it's like "velvet for the stomach" and yes, it truly is. If you are curious and have stomach issues, then I really recommend you try it for yourself. Trying Referm is the best thing I have for myself done in the long time. Of course doesn't cure all issues, but they help so much!

This is a very good product. It seemed expensive at first, as when buying it, you don't know if it will work for you because most of us have already spent tons of money trying to get rid of our problems without any success. As someone who has an extremely high level of fructose malabsorption, over 150 H2 (ppm), I am very dedicated to trying everything. It took roughly two weeks to adapt to ReFerm. I was drinking the full dose for 3-4 months every morning. It helped a lot to cultivate good bacteria in my gut. (While my sambo, who didn’t take ReFerm, just took the same probiotics over the same period, had no success cultivating any good bacteria in his gut. - Both of us did gut microbiome tests before and after.) I feel significantly better now, so I only use the full dose 2-3 times a week, and I can eat more things. Due to the severity of my problem, this is going to be a long road for me, and I hope more and more research will come about the gut microbiome. But I am happy I can eat a bit more things than before.
