Excellent service after a less than glorious start. Ordered an oath for my RN son, but rather than it being delivered to his address, it ended up at an address in Belfast somehow. Contacted the company and immediately was reassured with a replacement being manufactured and it being posted to the correct address, even photographing the address label. My son received the item within a few days and he is going to display his enlistment oath in his office having now retired.
The company was excellent in it’s handling of the mishap and I am happy to recommend them

Beautiful frame. Really delighted with the certificate and medal. Would have liked nicer packaging as it was a gift but nevertheless I'm really pleased with it.

Just received my Oath of Allegiance (OOA) in perfect condition and it is better than I ever imagined the end product would be. The attention to detail is incredible and well worth the wait. Most of my family members have served or are serving in the Armed or Police forces (x6) so i have passed on OOA details to their partners for that extra special future gift. For those thinking about getting one then (if they have been awarded) include the recipients medals, it just finishes off the appearance of the final framed items and it will be a great reminder of their time served from "boy to man" (or "girl to woman"). Please pass on my thanks to the team.

Ordered a framed oath on 8th July. On 31st July , having not received the order or heard anything from this company, I emailed asking if they had a date for dispatch.

I received no reply.

On 5th August I emailed again and actually received a reply this time. They asked for my order info and on the 6th they emailed me claiming it had already been sent but that they could not find the tracking number. They told me to write back toward the end of the following week if it still hadn’t shown up and said that maybe slow post was to blame.

Having ordered items from different companies in GB which took only a few
days to arrive here (Northern Ireland) after the last time I had emailed this company I wrote back again on the 11th. I advised them that the order still hadn’t arrived and that I’d like a refund.

No reply.

Today, 13th Aug, I wrote to them this morning and again advised them that the item hadn’t arrived and that I’d like a refund. It’s now after 5pm and still no reply. Now I’m going to have to contact my bank and arrange a charge back.
