Fast Response and actioning for business users. Would recommend, only thing I would say could be better is the communication between organisations can be better. For example if an organisation uses 3rd party apps like Slack or Asana etc the business should cater to the clients style of communication rather than email as it can get lost and not visible to everyone. Other than that very good.

Excellent all round
We manage a large portfolio of energy customers. One business energy has been very thorough, responsive and they understand our needs very well.
Their prices are also very competitive which is a major bonus. So glad we found them as now we wouldn't want to look anywhere else!
