It's good after a few teething problems

Delivery was ok considering it came from Lithuania. I had a couple of issues setting up the app as it had the wrong car in the virtual garage (selected by the car being scanned by the OBD scanner and not by me entering the wrong car). The issue was sorted by contacting customer service via chat. There's 2 apps for the VAG cars so be aware of this if you do purchase one of these. I had to use both apps to change settings on my car but once I realised, the process was fairly simple. I would recommend this product but just be aware of initial potential issue when you first set it up.

Saved me a fortune

Saved me a fortune
Had this around a year and was quite happy with it.
Recently my Cupra Ateca had a few system fail, park pilot, camera system, blind spot warning ect...
Plugged in system had loads of errors and system faults, after digging down through all the faults it identified a front center left parking sensor fail.
I had my doubts but brought a new one from autodoc (£20), fitted it a wow car is back to normal.
Dread to think what a garage would have charged !

Okay if you want to reset brake pads or service everything else costs

Promises more I ordered the pro version but not all things work without a lot of credits like some are £10 per thing most of manual coding not user friendly unless a pro ! I would have been better spending a little more & buying vag odis & using Google to find codling steps !! a little disappointed but hey I’ve bought it now what can I do

Manual coding is naturally more technical and is useful for accessing the functions that have not yet been pre-coded by us. I purchased the device and subscription…

I purchased the device and subscription expecting a straightforward diagnostic tool for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the product never worked correctly from the beginning. The device would not pair properly despite following all instructions and spending weeks troubleshooting with customer support.

During that time I provided extensive documentation, screenshots, and photos as requested. Instead of resolving the issue or replacing the defective unit, I was repeatedly told I might need to purchase newer hardware while my paid subscription time continued to run. I even bought an Android tablet specifically to eliminate compatibility issues, and the device still would not function.

The technical support experience was especially frustrating. Responses often took days, and every interaction felt like starting over with a new person. There was no clear ownership of the issue, no escalation, and no meaningful resolution despite the amount of time invested. It felt like an endless troubleshooting loop rather than actual support.

After investing significant time, money, and effort, I ended up with a non-working product and no meaningful resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

To clarify, the device referenced is an OBDeleven FirstGen device that is only compatible with Android devices, VAG group vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda), and the OBDeleven for VAG app. The regular OBDeleven app is not compatible with this hardware version.
