Despite the chat service being unavailable on weekends, the response to email inquiries was prompt and very helpful. Users who reached out via email received quick and effective assistance, ensuring their concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

I bought OBDeleven (Next Gen + Ultimate plan) specifically for my 2025 Skoda Enyaq. On paper it should be a perfect match – VAG car, exactly what they advertise support for.
In reality, it’s basically useless for my car:
The core features I paid for – One-Click Apps, coding, adaptations – do not work at all.
The app connects and shows some basic info, but anything interesting is blocked because of the newer VAG security (SFD2 / 2024+ models).
None of this is clearly explained on their website before you buy. There’s no proper warning like:
“Newer 2024/2025 VAG cars are not fully supported and many features won’t work.”
I only found out after I’d bought the device and Ultimate plan, when things just kept failing.
Customer service made the whole thing worse:
First replies were basically “it should work” and trying to blame settings or me.
Only after several emails did they finally admit that newer cars like mine are blocked and they don’t know when (or if) it will be supported.
They initially tried to refuse a refund because the “Ultimate plan was used”, even though it was their incomplete support and unclear compatibility that caused the problem.
Eventually they agreed to refund only after I sent the device back and they see the return in their Amazon system – a lot of hassle for something that never worked as advertised on my car.
Overall experience:
Device not fit for purpose on a 2025 Enyaq.
Website and marketing do not clearly warn about major limitations on newer VAG models.
Support was slow, defensive, and only helpful once pushed multiple times.
If you have a 2024+ Skoda / VW / Audi and you want coding / apps, I would avoid this for now. It might work for older cars, but for newer models and for the price they charge, this was a big disappointment.

The suporte team are very quickly to solve the problem I had.

They never mentioned on their website that they ship from Europe and I will have to pay a customs duty. People in America are not used to paying $30 shipping, and another $30 in customs fees. We are used to free shipping in 1-2 days. I don’t care what the rest of the world does, we are the world’s biggest consumer and anything advertised to us should follow protocol.

Great experience with OBDeleven support. Rokas helped me clear up an issue where my credits seemed to be missing and my Pro plan had disappeared. It turned out everything was simply on a different account, and he quickly guided me to the right place. Professional, helpful, and efficient support definitely a 10/10 service!

The best OBD tool for German cars on the market is OBDEleven ,is no question about that. If you are in love with German cars you need OBDeleven .This guys made it so easy when they came out on the market with this tool OBDEleven .I have been using OBDEleven for a long time now and had no problems or issues at all. I ordered the Ultimate pack Friday 21/11/25 around 22.00PM from official site to be delivered to UK,not to mention the exceptional price just arrived Sunday 22/11/25 16:40. Exceptional service!

Great support. Had an issue with the delivery, and in 24h i was offered refund or resend new item. The package was"wrongly" picked up from one of my neighbors, but Thankfully i get the package and refund option or resend was unnecessary. The device was activated the same day and i end up in the next few hours experimenting with the one click apps that some of them worked and some did not, and i guess it's because the activation depends from the equipment of the vehicle. Will be testing the option again because also i get multiple times error to check my network connection. Will give update again.

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience With OBDeleven / Voltas IT

I recently purchased the OBDeleven Ultimate package through Euro Car Electronics (ECE) here in Australia. ECE have always been fantastic to deal with — professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, their hands have been completely tied in this situation due to OBDeleven’s actions.

Despite buying an Ultimate subscription (which should include 12 months of unlimited credits and full functionality), OBDeleven has refused to honour the prepaid subscription that ECE supplied, leaving me with an “Ultimate” device that has no credits, no app functionality, and essentially none of the features I paid for.

This appears to stem from Voltas IT restructuring their licensing system, and instead of honouring legitimate, prepaid Australian distributor licenses, they’ve simply left customers like me stranded. It comes across as incredibly poor practice and shows a lack of responsibility from OBDeleven/Voltas IT toward their partners and customers.

It’s a shame, because the product itself is an amazing diagnostic tool — when it works as advertised. But in my case, OBDeleven has completely dropped the ball, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Thanks Voltas/OBDeleven — great product, terrible customer care. You’ve ruined what should have been a seamless upgrade for me.

Fantastic experience. I unlocked functions on my Ford F150 that would've cost me $3600 in spec options for $150 (device + credits). MUST HAVE!

as my product wasn't compatible with my car, they give me a complete refound. great conversation and quick resolution of the problem.
