Most of their products listed as “in-stock” are not in stock. They simply take your money and then send you an email offering you a completely different (worse) product than what you wanted. Refund requested.

Avoid this seller. They list items as "in stock" that they don't actually have. I ordered an Autel MK900-TS, but after paying, they wasted my time for days with "price calculation errors."

They tried to push an older, inferior DS808S-TS as a replacement for the same price, claiming it was an "upgrade." When that failed, they demanded nearly £400 extra for a different model. Very dishonest business practice. Only got a refund after refusing their "offers" multiple

times.

I purchased an Autel MaxiSys Ultra from OBD Price last year. Recently I needed to contact them regarding support, but there is no phone number available and despite leaving messages and sending enquiries, I have received no response for over 10 days.
For a high-value professional diagnostic tool, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable. Communication is extremely important when selling equipment at this price point, and unfortunately OBD Price has completely failed in this area.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to poor customer service and lack of communication.

Been looking to purchase a Autel MX808Z-BT Pro. OBDPRICE.CO.UK claim there MK version is the same and a universal global code and delivered from their UK warehouse.
I supplied the product link to the official AutelUK official who tell me their products are NOT UK products, are not supported and cannot be upgraded to access the manufacturer secure gateways. Below is a copy and paste. Please don't get scammed by these people. I has numerous messages from them claiming they were genuine until when faced with hard evidence, he just replies "WHATEVER". Absolute cowboys.

Ordered two items which were marked as UK stock with delivery predicted to be within 3-5 days.

Over a week later, with myself chasing the company for information, as I received no updates with the tracking link not working, they finally reply stating this is not in UK stock and will now come from China.

One, I need the diagnostic tool, hence ordering from UK stock.

Two, I have not been kept up to date or even asked if this okay.

Overall, terrible company who you should avoid.

Company emailed back for a full refund..... let's see what happens!

Good experience with OBD price UK but what’s happened to their website ? Have they ceased trading in UK suddenly? No website available since about the middle of November its been offline but all other OBD price sites .com are working not .co.uk 🤔

Update : Have now discovered by accident on 24/03/2025 obdprice.co.uk are back online so don’t know what happened before or when they actually came back online so good to know they are still here !

Way cheaper than anywhere else for the subscription I purchased for my autel tablet and although had technical difficulties with their website at the time they still processed my order very quickly throhlugh email , very polite and friendly through the whole process too . When the time comes will look forward to my next purchase from obdprice

Autel scanner updates and good prices and excellent support.
Rather than paying for the updates through the scanner, I tried OBDPrice after seeing them recommended online. They were quick to respond and the support was excellent. My activation didn't work and it turned out I'd purchased the wrong version. I'd wrongly selected MK808TS but I wanted MX808TS. They were quick to respond to emails and sort out the problem and re-issue a new activation.

Ordered the hand held scanner.Needed to check SRS on VW.Scanner read code,reason why light was on and turned light off.Arrived in couple of days,well packed.Instructions on how to register device included.No set up needed,feels well built,if a bit plasticy.At that price its a steal.

Absolutely brilliant customer service after care had a little problem with my scanner they sorted it out straight away with a replacement within a week thank you so much.

Purchased a Autel Maicon MK808BT from OBDPRICE had confirmation of order instantly and then continued correspondence. Arrived in a couple of days as stated. Very happy.
To be honest I was dubious at first to buy from an online dealer with no shop presence in the uk but these guys where great.
Great price. Quick delivery and good product.
Genuine Autel device I was able to register the unit with Autel for guarantee and updates.
