Got my Mercedes Star diagnostic kit from Tony. What a great guy! When I went to collect it he connected it up and spent a couple of hours guiding me through the system. Nothing was too much trouble for him I can't thank him enough. He's a big Mercedes enthusiast and really knows his diagnostic stuff. He also makes a fantastic glass of tea (his own blend)! I can't recommend Tony enough he's at the top of his game and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Thanks once again to OBD Store.

The awesome thing about this business is you can pick up the phone and you can get through to Tony straight away. We have been buying tools from him for five years and he has been our number 1 go-to guy for tech support. I bought op-com that cost me £300 the laptop seems older then me updated to windows 10 the battery was useless on it the software was 12 years out of date and it said as clean as day chinese clone i just go a more updated version on my other laptop and better quality cable for £70 next time ill be doing my research now not getting any response to asking for a refund there a complete scam

I am Shocked to read the reviews below, I ordered a VAG, it arrived 3 days after and I even called Tony for tech support more than once, very knowledgeable and very pleasant experience I would highly recommend this company I have done business with him for a long time

I paid £80 for an obd cable and JLR software before Christmas (6 weeks a go). Still hasn't arrived. They don't respond to there emails, I assume I have been scammed 😞

There is only one liar on here,
Firstly, the amount you charged me for the software was £1000, not £400. The CCJ was for £1000 plus court fees. For anyone reading this, look Tony up on Companies House and view the CCJ value for yourself; the information is publicly available.

Secondly, we do not sell cars; we have never sold cars. You have incorrect information there.

Finally, all you did to me and to others with similar problems was to deceive. Also, I have never known a genuine intelligent businessman leave a reply to a review as damaging to themselves as you have below.

DO NOT TRUST this company or its owner, Tony. We purchased a software package that never worked from the start. After a lengthy conversation, Tony requested an additional £400 to be paid into his personal account in exchange for a revised package that would be suitable. We paid the money as requested, and the new software was loaded remotely onto our PC. This didn’t work either.
We requested a refund and were denied. After several calls, it became apparent that the software was a counterfeit version of Ford's FDRS and IDS, which had been loaded onto Tony's own system called Apex, in an attempt to crack the license. We had no idea.
We took Tony to Court, to which he did not respond to any Court letters or deadlines. The judgment was awarded to us. We instructed the High Court Bailiffs to recover our money. However, we found that Tony Had Bankrupted Pro Auto Diagnostics and formed a new company called the OBD Store.
Very untrustworthy, lies through his teeth, AVOID.

No response after buying a system that does not contain the software as agreed. Waste of money..

Have purchsed the CAR DIAGNOSTIC TOOL LAPTOP CODE READER WITH DELPHI CARS 2020.3 AND TRUCKS and it paid for itself in 2 days. It worked straight out of the box and saved 2 visits to main dealers. I can certainly recommend this company. Their communication has been perfect with very quick response to my questions both before and after purchase.
