Very useful application
I find this application very helpful especially for the long trips because you can make serious savings from the original price of the tickets you can find online. This alone is a huge benefit, however, the app could use some improvements.

I have just used the site to buy 2 bus ticket. There was a technical issue with the platform, I have called by phone to check what is happening and the lady from the call center have sent me the4 tickets by e mail. She has resolved my problem quickly.

Booked a hotel
Editing my review after I got my money back.
Made a booking for a hotel, obilet took my money from card, and I didn’t get any booking confirmation. They said that I didn’t pay and they didn’t get my money. Spend a half of a day, and today I got my money back, but lost this booking, and as a result weekend will not go as planned.
Support wasn’t great. Didn’t really try to help.
Wouldn’t recommend to book a hotel through them, but for bus tickets is ok.
