Tried to buy a bus ticket for this December. Upon submitting payment details the process was stopped with a notation saying there was a company error and asked if I wanted to try again. Silly me tried again a second time. Same thing. What I now have is two ticket fees debited to my account, and I have been issued two cancelled tickets, which appear to be non refundable. Went on the online chat to complain. They said my case would be investigated. Haven’t heard from anyone. I’m very underwhelmed to say the least. Avoid this site! ….Just an update…Both refunded…received 12 November…which I appreciate.

Dont buy ticket here.
I bought a bus ticket in this company. However, the bus company didn't accept my ticket. The driver said there should be an QR code for my ticket (which my ticket does not have one) and scan that QR code when I get into the bus.
Now i have to buy tickets on the bus again.

I booked a Metro bus ticket with them. Unfortunately I booked it the wrong way - from Goreme to Konya. I should have booked it Konya to Goreme as I was in Konya. I realized my mistake 1 hour before. Metro Bus flatly refused to change or refund. Trying to get through to Obilet was next to impossible - tried chatting online, phoning, nothing. Had to buy another 2 tickets with another bus company

Everything was okay. The transfer arrived on time just as expected. 5/5

It was a very fast ride (and safe, of course).

Tried to rent a car from this site, it was from 724Rent a company listed on so many options. when I reached the office they didn't have the car I picked or similar so I asked to cancel and refund. they said to ask the site. No official section and after reaching to the support they considered the cancel request to be after the pickup time although I was already in the company office and the company itself sent the cancelation request to me directly. obilet insisted they didn't get any reply so they won't pay back anything. and after 5 days and multiple communication between Obilet and the rent company I managed to sort it out and the refund process should be started know not sure how long it will reach my account.

obilet contacted me after the refund reached my account and asked me to remove my review. I am confirming that I got my refund but I don't see that I wrote anything that isn't right or happened to me during my experience. So I don't think I need to delete it

It is a complete scam. I booked a ticked on 25th, 3:00 am. I have later been called by some madame, she told me that bus could be late for a little, like 30 minutes or an hour max, and she told me, that she will call me an hour before the bus arrival. I never received a call. I tried to call her number, but I could not make it. Also, there is NO information about the bus whatsoever, so it was also my dumb head that I haven't checked it at once. They have ZERO support. No working hot line number to reach at 3 am, chat is not working at all, just asking to reconnect, because "their site has problems". I am pretty much sure I won't be refunded and they will just keep my money. I wasted time and money, and I hate them for this. Why take my time? Aren't you satisfied with just my money?

Don’t buy or rent anything from here!

İ have rent a car 10 days ago from York car rental, on the last day they have canceled my car and ruined my whole vacation. And the reason is they cannot verify if i can pay the car. I already payed the whole amounth with my dutch creditcard. But they have dumb excuuse they say they need to verify it. How on hell is this logical?

Properly they have rent the car to someone else for much then i have payed for.

Obilet is a middle man that is doing nothing for you, if you have problems. They are saying this is the procedure. I have talked to customer service a lady with the name “Irmak”. And she was repeating script. They dont listen to you.

Dont ever rent from here!

We bought ticket here in Obilet but they didn't send the confirmation to my email,they deduct to my account,plss help us to refund our money in my account

I had a terrible experience with 2 tickets I bought through them. the driver didn't recognize the online tickets and he was extremely rude to push me away and he even threw my phone when I tried to nicely explain. I had a fight with him after that and eventually he didn't let me on the bus. that was a terrible experience and waste of money and time!
I have tried to submit a complaint several times through their website but I keep getting the same automated reply email and it is pretty useless as the bus the tickets I purchased from them.

Update 4 weeks after posting the review:
they replied me and asked me to send my issue to their support email. I did and I got no reply even with the reminders I sent. they are just scammers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

last update: they didn't reply my emails but they refunded me eventually.

My problem was not solved. I was told I didn't wait long enough. But it's not about how long I waited, it's about the bus not coming at all. That's the problem. The bottom line is that Obilet gave me a useless answer. I will continue to write not only here but also in other places and stop using this fraudulent platform.
