Great customer service, my promo code wasn’t working so I contacted customer service who were able to fix the issue and send me a link to a new basket with discount included. When ring arrived it was too big and I was able to exchange ring without paying for a second one and waiting for a refund etc. sent my larger ring back and within a week a new one came.

Ring itself is PERFECT and can barely tell the difference to my diamond engagement ring! Using this whilst mine is being sent off for my wedding ring to be made and for travel; it’s perfect - will definitely be using company again for wedding band dupe and other jewels!!

I had a disappointing experience with OBJKTS Jewelry. Before ordering, I confirmed ring sizing with customer service and was told the ring was true to size. This turned out to be incorrect, and the ring did not fit at all.
When I contacted them to resolve the issue and explained that the sizing guidance I received was wrong, they offered no solution, accommodation, or goodwill (such as an exchange, store credit, or future discount). For a brand at this price point, the lack of accountability and customer care was frustrating.
The jewelry itself may be nice, but based on my experience, I would recommend being extremely cautious with sizing and aware that customer support may not be helpful if something goes wrong. I am never purchasing here again.

The items I received looked beautiful. I struggled with the the sizing, if there were 1/2 sizes that would be highly beneficial. The Colette ring felt a little rough around the edges, but otherwise really like the ring.

I am really happy with my purchase from OBJKTS. The selection of jewelry was broad. I’m actually about to make my second purchase. Only recommendation is to print out their ring sizer, I ordered base off of what I thought would fit based on recent rings I’ve ordered and it’s a little too big - and the return policy is a bit off. (You don’t find out if the rings are truly too big until you actually cut the tag off but then you can’t return it.)
I would also really love to see half sizes in their rings.

Was directed to website after seeing an online video. Looking to upgrade my engagement/eternity bands in next couple years so looking to try different styles to see sizes/stones etc. Happy with choices ordered and delivery was reasonably quick

I followed OBJKTS for quite a while before purchasing, as I was afraid of poor quality or it being a scam. However, I am so glad that I finally ordered. I have worn my ring for three weeks, without taking it off, and so far, it remains in 'new' condition. I have been really impressed and even noticed people taking subtle looks. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Value for money, good quality

My first order I found the ring to be too big for me; I returned it easily and the refund didn’t take more than 1 week.
I ordered another one and all was good: beautiful quality and excellent design.

I was looking for dainty, affordable earrings for my two young daughters and ended up purchasing six pairs of Sterling silver studs. I was positively surprised by how shiny the stones are! All pieces look elegant, my daughters absolutely love them, and wear them every day.

The ring I received is light weight and not made of silver. I purchased 2 rings. One of them was bent out of shape. Contacted the company and a replacement ring is on the way. But I wore the ring and after 5 days a stone has already fallen out…
Save your money and don’t order your rings from here. It’s the same quality as ordering from temu or SHEIN… the rings don’t come from UK it’s shipped straight from China. Free earring was added to the order, but when we had to change the size of the rings we where charge for the free earrings because the where not accepted for returns… 50 EUR for earrings we didn’t want to keep.

The tracking and delivery updates were excellent considering the parcel was coming from the UK to me in rural outback Australia.
The only criticism I have with the Deus ring I purchased is that the band being quite thin is a clear give away that the ring is not a real.......otherwise I'm very happy with it.

I've had about a dozen pieces of jewellery from Objkts and been so happy with every single piece. I wear them in place of my wedding ring suite when travelling and have loved trying new styles of rings, especially the stacking sets, to add some pizzazz to my looks. The delivery and customer service has always been so reliable and friendly but I've rarely had to contact the customer service team as I've never had an issue.
