I have owned seven watches for 12 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and service. I especially want to commend Jenny for her help when I had a minor issue with one of my watches; she immediately replaced it after I sent a video as proof. I can't recommend Obsyss and Jenny highly enough!

Good customer service.
We placed an order but due to a postal strike in Canada at the time of my initial order it could not be completed. When the strike had ended, Jenny contacted me and the order was sent. I am happy with the quality of the watches so far, they seem to be a reasonable quality. Jenny was a pleasure to deal with, good customer representative.

Product let down by shoddy plastic
The two star rating I've given has nothing to do with the watch per se. Indeed, I've yet to wear it and this is no direct fault of the company.
One of the reasons I went with Obsyss (but not the main one) was that they included a link's remover. I knew before I bought the item that I would need to adjust the watch bracelet.
However, at the time, I had no way of knowing that this supplied tool was next to useless...well, it was for me. It might as well have been made of pâpier maché for all the use it was. In my opinion, it's not fit for purpose and consequently broke on second time of using which meant I was forced to order a good links remover on one of the internet shopping channels.
At the time of writing, this item is, apparently, running late and I have still not received it as of Monday, 30 December.
So, I'm afraid I cannot accurately appraise the item in its entirety. Shame, because as a timepiece it's very accurate, it is aesthetically pleasing and has all the features I wanted. Please, Obsyss, you're not doing yourselves any favours here. I'll gladly give another review when I'm actually able to wear it.

Got the watch for a Christnas present.
Got the watch a few months ago as a Christmas present. Was unhappy to find it wasn't working when opened. However, after chatting with Jenny at Obsyss they are sending a new watch out so can't fault the customer service. Update... The replacement watch never arrived so obviously not as good as I thought.
