got my order items were missing i didnt…

got my order items were missing i didnt get in contact they said they would correct it they then sent the wrong ones and I had to contact them again and then they did finally send them but to be fair they should have checked to make sure the order was complet and correct the first time.

Vape shop with customers in mind

I'm going to update my review to 5 stars, I like when a business take the time to get back to their customers it really mean they read what is said and take ideas on board, well done
OB Vapes...class work....

Service and delivery time is spot on products are varied and great choices
But over all cannot fault an Irish family business, very very honest, excellent deals great offers and always have sales ongoing. The only company I've found so far online or high street that have not put there prices up immediately and are selling the old stock at super affordable prices, definitely have many many returning happy customers 😀.

Wish there was somewhere on order page were you could put a little note re: if they didn't have A can you have say B instead.

Unfortunately, due to Irish regulations around vaping products, we are required to verify ID in certain situations before dispatching an order. This helps ensure we remain fully compliant with age-verification laws. In some cases, if we are waiting for confirmation from a customer, it can cause a short delay in the order being shipped.
