On November 14th, I ordered a photo book as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, to this day, I have not received a track and trace code. Additionally, my account only shows that the order was placed, but I cannot see whether my package has been shipped or what its status is. It is virtually impossible to contact Occasionary. I have emailed them three times and sent them a direct message, but I have yet to receive any response regarding the whereabouts of my package. This is extremely disappointing, especially since it was intended as a birthday gift, making it even more important to receive it on time. I fear I may have been scammed, and I would strongly advise thinking twice before ordering from them, as their lack of communication is unacceptable.

From the item ordered to the delivery everything went exceptionally smooth.

Ordered this for my best friend for her birthday and put lots of videos of her and her children on this beautiful memory keepsake. Also had a lot of support on actually loading the video album which was great. Thank you so much xxx

It’s lovely and the idea is incredible. Works fine, plays de video well and it’s easy to navigate. However, it was difficult to transfer the videos because it kept disconnecting - could be the cable or the tablet, I’m not sure! But created lots of frustrations even though I got there in the end

Brilliant and so unique! Brings all your photos together and videos you are sent by guests. They add background music too. Really special. Thank you Occasionary. I will be using them again as the album would be a wonderful gift for any occasion. Very good customer service and will do everything to make sure you’re happy with your album.

I gave my sister an “I love you” book from occasionary on her hen do. It included lots of videos of her time with her fiancé and to say it was well received is an understatement! She absolutely loved it, not only does it contain all her lovely memories, it’s comes with a beautiful linen cover, so looks perfect left out on display. 100% recommend Occasionary!

We love our book from occasionary! This is such a unique idea and is perfect for a special gift. The product is of high quality and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into making it perfect. It was easy to order the book and using the book and updating the contents is also straightforward. Would highly recommend.
