I’m delighted with Occasion Cards! Lovely selection of cards at great prices and very fast delivery. I have used them a few times now and they have been fantastic every time. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience returning an item to be met with abuse and rudeness. 1 star because they gave me some of my money back but with a tirade of insults. Should be avoided unless you have no other choice

I would give this company zero stars but for the sake of this review I have to give minimum 1 star. I bought a phone case from them via Etsy and the quality was poor it started peeling and was defective within the first day of use. I reported this to Roger and at first he was kind and understanding suggesting they would accept a refund. I then sent the item as requested to the address provided 2/3 weeks later I still heard nothing from Roger about my refund. I sent numerous emails and had to escalate case to Etsy at which point he replied straight away. This is where things got nasty, Roger accused me of running a scam and showed no ounce of customer service skills. He denied receiving the item even though this was sent via signed for delivery and was shown as signed for on 6th July. He had since emailed saying he will mark my messages as spam as I’m consistently messaging him to locate my item and refund me in full as he previously suggested.

I urge anyone to stay away from this company, instead of refunding after receiving the item and proof of delivery Roger thought it’s okay to argue with me very rudely accusing me of being a scammer further telling me he will not assist me and reporting me as spam. The quality of the products are not good, the customer service received is appalling and if you need to return something they will swear blind they did not receive it. Stay away it’s not worth the time.
