I have tried journaling a few times in the past but never really found it beneficial to me. That’s until I came across the Morning Mindset Journal. I’ve been using my journal for a few weeks and now couldn’t live without it! The journal prompts are so helpful and makes it different to any others I’ve tried before. The vision board section is my favourite as it keeps me motivated and encourages me to keep working towards my goals.
