I placed an order on the 8th still don't have it no tracking info and nobody ever gets back to my emails. I have sent 3 or 4 emails now and nothing and no number to call. This is very poor customer service

I placed an order several weeks ago for Christmas gifts and as of 20 Dec I still don’t have the merchandise. I sent an email and received an answer that the gifts would be delivered but as I said above, I still don’t have anything and have no idea when or if I will receive the items before Christmas or at all.

Shopping the site is user friendly. I have purchased bracelets, which are well made & I love that some money goes to a good cause. I have purchased for both myself & my daughter. It has become my favorite summer piece to wear.

I have not been blessed enough to purchase any of your beautiful items yet. I hope to be able to someday. You have beautiful things

I purchased a 4 pack seaturtle tracking bracelets for my granddaughters for Christmas three weeks ago. The money was debited from my account immediately. I never received an order confirmation. I tried reaching the company and it took 5 days to get a response. They have no phone number, only an email. This company appears to be a US storefront for an overseas company. Finally after three weeks I received an email acknowledging my shipping despite my telling them I wanted to cancel my order. It took 4 days for them to give me an order number. Now I have to pay $7.95 to return the item.

The products are great quality and the fact that you can track a turtle is a bonus. My daughter loves the bracelets and has always been fascinated with sea turtles and preservation of these amazing sea creatures. The purchase and transaction were flawless and shipping was fast. Will buy again.

I feel strongly about saving the ocean for future generations like my granddaughter’s granddaughter. I love the products that reduce plastic like laundry strips, sloth dryer balls, shaving soap, dog wash (just of the top of my head) and so I bought all these items as holiday gifts to introduce my 4 grown children to saving the ocean painlessly.

You have been carrying out some excellent work in the field of marine wildlife conservation. Truly appreciate all the efforts.

While I loved the bracelet, I didn’t get a tracker ! Still very cool but it was for my nephew and he was really looking forward to tracking his shark . Very grateful for the work you all do to save our oceans wildlife ! That’s a beautiful thing

I placed my order on November 9th, they took the money out on November 9th, but it is December 17th and still NO products. I can't find a number to call them, I have emailed them 3 times and contacted them on social media.... CRICKETS.... I will be letting everyone know not to order from them and why.

Awesome, it was great

It's a very beautiful and luxurious hotel. The room is elegant and has a good view of the ocean or city. We had a fun time in the big casino. There are also many good restaurants inside the building. It's a ideal space to enjoy a short holiday!

This is an amazing company and their work inspires all of us to do better.

Beautiful bracelet, my daughter was moved to go out with some friends and clean up the beaches near us, one small step at a time.
