I reached out to a number of local bathroom refurbishment/replacement contractors to complete differing work on 3 bathrooms. From the outset Ocean Bathrooms stood out based on speed of response, communication and the level of interest and detail in relation to the project. The association they have with a local supplier of sanitary/furniture products made the selection and buying process straightforward and as the customer this gave us control and direct reassurance on the quality and specification of the products. The quotation process was quick, and clearly detailed exact costs against a defined schedule in three separate areas. Happy with the quote we were given a start date and clear payment terms. On the agreed date Ian arrived ahead of time, having already texted in advance to confirm who he was and set expectations for the project. Ian is a craftsman, I am picky and detail minded however Ian surpassed my standards and by some distance. The removal of the original fittings revealed problems that were not quoted or anticipated. However with no disruption or drama Ian resolved these quickly and to the most exacting of standards. Inevitably there were some changes and differences in the manner in which items could be fitted/finished. Again Ian’s supreme knowledge and craftsmanship resolved these quickly creating a finish to the highest of standards. The work completed within the specified time, site cleaned and left tidy and the skip uplifted on the same day. No quibbling with the additional work or dispute over the final payment, paid online which also makes things easier. Having used all the facilities since completion I feel very privileged to have found Phil, Ian and Ocean Bathrooms. Their work is the best I have experienced over a lifetime, every aspect of what they do is to the highest of standards and the quality of finish second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Typical that the company goes bust when people want there money out . It's horrible but understandable why it's taken so long for me to get any money not that I received any... it's a typical rug pull sorry but it's true and major scam nor alot of people know. So now I'll delete the app. And I spent hours one that game watching ad after ad. I hope there proud of their selves as they made money for innocent people watching a load of ads. So cheers.

****** scammers and fraudsters Joe Mühl and his dad Robert Muhl are a bunch of robbing con artists. They took me to showrooms of Hansgrohe and Duravit and hotels to show their works. I fell for the charm and placed an order for £17000 and 4 months later nothing, no answers no responses. Phone just go to a call centre. Joe Muhl is a professional con man and a slimy money grabber. Please please no one trust Joe Muhl or Rob Muhl. Rob said things are on their way but they were not. That took my money and now I am finding out other peoples money and spending it on themselves to live a lavish lifestyle. Don’t fall for the trap, look at other recent reviews.

This company has now gone bust. I had an appalling experience with them although after almost a year I have two nearly finished bathrooms. But they have appalling customer care, they don't pay their suppliers. I am lucky not to have lost much money with them but I would not advise anyone to use them.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY....

Ordered £10k of bathroom equipment in mid-November 2023 and still received nothing. Now having to commence with a Credit Card Chargeback to recover my money.

We have received nothing but broken promises from Joe Muhl, Stewart Hunt and Robert Muhl.

I had been using Ocean Bathrooms for a number of years and never have had problems in the past. Their customer care now is woeful, they promise updated by email then totally ignore you. They don't take calls using a call answering service and you leave messages asking for them to call and you get nothing back.

I now have another bathroom supplier getting items to me within a week or two.

I would implore anyone reading this to go elsewhere. Trust is everything for me and it has been completely eroded by this company.

If I could rate at Zero stars I would, 1 star is too generous.

I have reams of emails to prove my review and am more than happy to provide the evidence to whomever asks. I have already had to collate it for the credit card company.

It is a pleasure to write a review here for Ocean. I had to rebuild a toilet area with a sink, toilets, tiles and floor. I was scared at first as I had never used them but my first impression of Stewart who helped me with our back-and-forth emails was great. He gave me total confidence. He was swift at replying and not like many others forgetting to answer half the questions. He even sent me 3D pictures of what my toilets would look like which was great. I went with them and I am very happy. I was the one who chose the tiles but the team who came was fabulous. Timely, courteous, paying attention to details and living things clean and tidy. Ian was very helpful in answering texts during Easter weekend and Lee was so wonderful as he needed to come several times even outside his normal work hours as things needed to be finished. A professional team. I can only highly recommend. Thank you.
