Great communication and instant response from this company. It is the first time I have shopped with Ocean Drip and would highly recommend just on customer service alone. Of course, thankful that Ocean Drip was able to provide correct trainer size on a recently launched style that my son could not find anywhere on the high street. I very happy teenager for Christmas!

I ordered the wrong size by mistake. I emailed and within 10 mins I had an email back saying I had been refunded. I received the correct size shoes and the money from the refund within 3 days. Fantastic customer service.
