problem solved quickly and efficiently
Their response to my order was very quick, but, they sent me 500ml of hand sanitiser instead of 5L. However, their employee was most apologetic and the replacement arrived almost a soon as the wrong order was picked up from here. Again, very quick response (the following day) hence the 4 stars.
