Poor quality. Chair fell apart after a year. No response to my initial email. After seeing this the company responded but haven't offered any assistance and effectively washed their hands of the probelm. Clearly wouldn't buy from them again

Excellent company to do business with. They kept me informed during the sale and delivery process. I purchased a table and the quality is very good. Love the product and would definitely recommend.

Highly Recommend. We ordered our furniture: 2 loungers along with a table and chairs seating 6. What a beautiful product. Great craftsmanship, brass was used for the leg posts which won't rust. Quality teak, smooth and great grain. Product arrived fully secured, no damage at all. Unpacking was easy. Shipping company put time and effort into the pack and shipment. We ordered in May; the only issue was the Suez Canal shutdown. So, instead of a May delivery we received in June. The office staff was pleasurable on the phone, tracked our order and worked with us on a delivery date. We opted for 1 delivery instead of 2. This was a great experience and at a great value $$$$$ (cost savings)

Very happy with the teak bench which arrived within a few days of placing the order. Very well packaged and excellent customer notifications at every step of its journey. The bench itself is excellent quality and we are so please with it, we have just ordered a bistro set to complement it.

At first, I was not having any luck contacting customer support but then I left a phone msg which Oceanic responded to by email the next day. Problem resolved! I would say that email is probably the best way to communicate with customer service. The woman I dealt with was efficient, kind, and quickly resolved the problem. The furniture is gorgeous. We've ordered an 8' long table with 8 chairs and cushions with an umbrella and stand, I can hardly wait for their arrival. The quality is amazing. Very sturdy table and chairs, an elegant look, and beautiful teak. All this with FREE SHIPPING.

Buying furniture online is often challenging, but the extendable table and Pacific chair greatly exceeded our expectations. The table and chairs are beautiful and very solid. Assembly was easy and we had a friend help move the table. We have received many compliments from friends.

We ordered cushions for the chairs and when they arrived, they were the wrong color. Frances from Oceanic Teak got the correct cushions reordered and sent with expedited delivery. The new cushions are the perfect compliment to our lanai.

The coffee table arrived promptly and in good condition. The table is as nice or nicer than similar tables we have shopped locally, but st a much better price

Good value. Appearance as pictured.
But the shipment was lost in Georgia. Took several calls to shipper to track it down, initially they could not find it. Never was called by shipper to arrange delivery, happened to be home (driver was great).

Then, assembly of one piece was impossible. Had to redrill holes. One chair was broken. My husband fixed both because he's good at these things but what if we could not have? Wanted you to know.

As I oiled my garden bench, I was strongly aware of the craftsmanship that had gone into its design and construction. Once deployed in my garden, it has been both a focal point and my favorite vantage point ever to enjoy the garden, plan for my next planting addition, and to simply relax. Loving it daily.

Also purchased bistro table and chairs. Same comments re: design and construction as above. It’s completely changed how I enjoy my kitchen - small, and previously no seating area - and it’s light enough, I can see myself on some mornings carrying table and a chair out to the front yard to enjoy coffee and the view. Also, quite comfortable.
