Ordered a Minnkota Terrova, 55# 45" 12V iPilot Xdcr Trolling motor and mount for $1,603.04 on July 11 2021 and have not seen the trolling motor or a refund yet. They also stooped responding to my inquiries around February or March and their Phone number does not seem to work just an answering machine. I do not recommend purchasing from them.

The items came quick and in good shape...

Item said in stock and shipping showed two to three days. Placed the order and got a notification the next day that it was in back order. Very disappointed.

Although disappointed product is discontinued, communication with order updates and refund was quick. Customer service is excellent.

I ordered a trolling motor 6 weeks ago, including a payment of $3,000. The order was confirmed. I have no trolling motor still. I have made several calls and it was explained that there was a problem with the shipment. I understand that is happening around the country. What sucks is that I keep getting told I would get a call when I make an inquiry and that hasn't been the case. In other words, awful customer service.

I tried to buy sunglasses on the website twice and they refunded me a couple days later. No sunglasses for me I guess.

If they are not in stock take them off your site!

I want to personally thank Simon for going above and beyond excellent customer service. I have yet to receive my item yet but that is a supply chain issue and no fault of Simon's.

First you had the item, then you didn't. Then it shipped, then it didn't.

I have still not received my items and it has been several weeks.

Thanks for keeping in touch and letting me know when the item was in stock again. I got it in 3 weeks, and at a fair price. I couldn’t find it anywhere. Well worth the wait.
