I’ve never had such a difficult experience with a company. I waited months for a necklace to arrive, and when it finally came, the gem was missing. On top of that, I still don’t have the correct size swimsuit—even though I sent my measurements and returned the wrong size weeks ago.
The communication has been slow, the process has been frustrating, and for the price point I expected much better quality and customer service. At this point, I can’t recommend Oceanus to anyone.
