have been waiting over a month for…

have been waiting over a month for their warehouse to even process my order. their customer service is beyond inept and completely incapable of a coherent response. I will never attempt to make another purchase from this company as I am convinced at this point that they are nothing more than scammers preying on people looking for decent deals.
Edit- finally received my order after a month and a half. one of the 2 items ordered was so horribly made that it was nothing like the pictured item. when brought to customer service's attention they offered a measily 5 dollar refund on a 21 dollar item. will never use this seller again.
