A decent product
I bought two copies of the Oclean W10 Water Flosser. The charging cable is a bit short, the water reservoir is quite small, but the flosser works quite well to clean between my teeth and under the gums. Please note that this company is located in China so returns are not easy.

Website is a little lacking in detail. I wasn’t sure if the brush heads would fit because I wasn’t sure which model I had. Luckily they were perfect. Shipping took about 10 days, which is great, but we are used to INSTANT GRATIFICATION IS NOT SOON ENOUGH! So it seemed like a took forever.

Micro USB in 2023? Seriously? You are still adding 2 different types of connections in one set: micro USB for a charging holder and USB-C for a case. Stop it people hate micro USB.

Hello, I made the 2nd order which was ok, this time, they moved quickly and also sent the order very quickly, I received it in almost 2 weeks, which is super fine.
For the first order, the waiting time was about 2 months, which disappointed me very much, and the order was sent only after I sent them a message, and the bonus promised for that order never came... tried again to order from them, this time it was ok... (anyway, any bonus was not included in the order...). Overall, I give this order 5 stars. I will probably make more orders as soon as possible... Thank you!

No refunds allowed, broke after 2 weeks
I bought this product to discover that it is shipped from China so it does take a while to arrive. Then it stopped working, but would turn on randomly in the middle of the night (very fun to wake up to). Oclean confirmed that this was a 'known issue' and after a LOT of back and forth (they even asked me to record a video of the toothbrush 'not working' and send it to them) they eventually gave me a replacement, but it was a different model and color than what I had originally ordered. I asked if I could have the product I actually bought as a replacement, and they told me the color 'won't affect the use' so it is basically just as good. They never asked for the original back, meaning they produce junk and just replace it with more junk when it breaks. Very disappointed.
