Very human, professional, understanding and caring.

Very human, professional, understanding, and caring. Funerals can be a lost of stress and they help so much and reassure people. The work closely with the priest and have a great singer with a beautiful divine voice. It is a good idea in the case of a burial and not a cremation which they also do, to let them know where a grave plot is located in the cemetery ; as you may be asked that question to enable them to commission the grave digger to open. It is quite important in my opinion to know for sequencing to avoid a holdup. Not everybody does, as the people employing undertakers may be burying relatives not of their own immediate family. You can take a photo of it if you know where and email it to them which is fast and they will need it sooner than later which is best I think. You can also use the gave deeds. The have the row mentioned on them and the cemetery. They have very professional admin staff who are in constant contact with the undertakers to make things seamless. They have a large selection of coffins which include pine, varnished and unvarnished, basket weave, mahogany, and a bigger American one. The prices go from under a thousand to three approximately. But all of very high quality. There are the ones with the design of the last supper on them. They perform lovely prayers services at the reposing. They have reserved parking out side though their are limitations in Coberg Street, but there is Q Park multistory on Carroll's Quay very close to Coberg Street for large attendances and some disk parking as well on Leitrim street. You could walk to Carrolls Quay, 2 minutes from Coberg street. It is a vital service in the middle of Cork City. I buried two family members within three months of each other and the cost actually came down with the later burial, so competitive for want of a better word to make it easier. They give you very valuable and useful information leaflets on their services and costs such as welfare allowances info and where to get a death certificate. Excellent overall, they're impressive. I hope is review which is genuine, is helpful to you and I am not in anyway associated or an employee of this firm. My condolences to your loved one(s). Blessings..

A superb service from a top undertaker.

This company did a superb professional job on the funeral of my sister in recent days. The main company representative Brian who attended to us so kindly and professionally was an absolute gem. He made the day much more bearable for us with his calm demeanor and great personality. Thank you so much Brian from all of the Mc Mackin and Hurley family members.

A caring & compassionate family run business

This funeral home took care of my brothers funeral. What was a really hard time for us, turned out to be a very smooth process thanks to Finbarr and the amazing people who work there. I’ll never forget the gentleness and care shown to my mum. Professional and compassionate is certainly their aim.
