Great team - made our move as easy as possible!
We were only moving 5 minutes down the road but, with a 4 year old, a 6 month old baby and a lots of stuff, it was going to be quite stressful. Pawel (the business manager) was fab throughout - he came to inspect our home to make sure the quote was accurate, and it was and very reasonable. Our move got pushed back 5 times and it was not an issue for them.
Our move was on a Monday so the team came to pack up on the Saturday (as much as they could) and they were with us at 8am on the Monday morning to get everything else into the van and then unpacked at our new home. They couldn’t do enough to help, very professional and hard working.
We also asked the team to dismantle and rebuild our furniture, which they did without issue, and to give our new house a deep clean (including our carpets which they did 2 weeks later). Everything they did was seamless and we are so grateful for them making our move as stress-free as possible.
The team could not do enough to help and we would highly recommend to anyone moving 😊.

Moving a 5 bedroom house in Ranelagh Gardens Fulham to storage near Salisbury
Pawel (owner) came too our house himself to look at everything in all the rooms and make a basic inventory of what was there. He measured a large and expensive ornate mirror because it was going to have to be crated on site and he also needed to know how many loads the whole job would require in order to provide an accurate quote which we received the next day. Octagon delivered two lots of hanging wardrobe boxes to us prior to the move that we wanted to pack ourselves. He and an army or his staff started on time early on a Sunday morning loading furniture and by early afternoon the first truck (1 of 3) was loaded and more staff came to pack and box all the glass/china/framed pictures and other delicate and valuable items. Furniture and mattresses were well protected with blankets or covers. Everything was done very well and the next day they made a really excellent crate on site for the mirror and loaded the second truck. They very helpfully left a bed and bedside table so we could remain in the house that night and on the third day one of the vans came by to load those last items and head to the storage facility near Salisbury. The trucks were unloaded with great care taken to ensure fragile items were properly stacked on top of heavier boxes. Nothing at all was damaged. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and hardly took a break on what was a hot day. What might have been a stressful event was made into a pleasant day in Fulham and it is a credit to Pawel and Octagon that they have such professional and cheery staff. All in all it was a good operation and there were no surprises at all and no extra bills for a couple of items I had forgotten about in the loft and no overtime or other hidden charges. We were very pleased with Octagon and have no hesitation is giving them a 5 start review for our move.

They wanted to please and they did just that
Most people want removals companies to load your stuff and take it from A to B. But that wasn't what we wanted. We asked Octogan Removals to take apart a heavy glass topped dining table and remove it safely with eight leather chairs to an auction. Then load up our stuff but stop en route to set up a big bed on the first floor of a someone's house. Then drive 130 miles to our new house and unload everything to specific rooms box by box. Then go home!
Octogan did all this for an excellent price with smiles and professionalisim from start to finish. We would recommend this removal company to anybody who is looking for complete reliability, ulitmate care and attention, perfect timing, commonsense with big items and very good value for money.

Excellent Service From Start to Finish
From start to finish, I was very impressed with the OCTAGON REMOVALS team, when planning my move Alice, Dora & Pawel communicated throughout, with expert advice on transporting my personal items, they put me at ease and answered all my questions and concerns via email and telephone.
They offered a packing and assembly service which we used. During the move we had the pleasure of working with Andrzej, Kajtek, Sam and Dan. What stood out to me with this team was their cheerful energy, they seemed totally focused and politely refused water as they worked without distraction.
They were a delightful team that respected our property and made the process of moving so easy, they did everything with dexterity and calm which made us feel safe and supported at each stage of the moving process.
They were very efficient in breaking down and rebuild furniture as well removing and mounting our TV. They had all the required tools and the move out of the old property was just as smooth as the installation into the new property.
I would highly recommend OCTAGON REMOVALS and have in fact done so with a friend who required movers.

The best removal company ever .
Pawel and his crew moved us from our family home of 23 years in Watford to a new house in Buckinghamshire. We had a big house and it was a complicated move done in two phases. I was immensely impressed with the way octagon handled the job. I have nothing but praise for all of the team in the way that they did their job with the upmost efficiency and speed . The only time they complained was when I tried to help! If you’re thinking about moving and you live anywhere near Watford, these are the guys.
