Octane Finance Reviews 

I turned to Octane in an attempt to find a finance option for an imported car after being turned down by various other lenders, and after a very quick a painless application process, I went from assuming I'd be looking at a 17.5% APR (quoted from another, admittedly very friendly and helpful broker) to 13.4%, to then a day or so later 11.3% without me really even needing to lift a finger. So import car or not, these guys just are on it. Following that, their comminucation with the car dealer themselves and subsenquently myself after I had done a test driver etc etc, was enthusiastic and prompt. Ultimately, I'll be driving off into the sunset with a much better finance deal on a superb car I was worried about missing out on because so many lenders are a pain in the whole about imported cars.

I don't have any reason to mark Octane down, so five stars it must be.

Did not like that you did not reply to my email
and all messages sent to me, could not replyback to, i received constant messages and unable to reply back to. Please change so that messages can be replied back to.
Found it very hard to do signature and ID, there was nobody that I could message to ask for guidance, i had to go to car copmany that contacted you, which when I contacted no answer or waiting to long on the phone, when I did get through nobody explained what I could do, when car company telephoned very nice helpful lady gave simple instructions

Very straightforward application

Here good company helped me get me my new car very courteous friendly and helpful with the questions I had all the staff are very helpful and happy to help with all questions. I asked of them.

The agent was polite, efficient and friendly and answered all my queries regarding the purchase of my new car I would recommend them to anyone wanting car finance in the future.

Amazing service by the team at octane, had my finance sorted on the same day and collected my vehicle the following day, thank you team octane, you guys was brilliant

I was very disappointed with my experience with Octane Finance. I had completed all the required checks, including verifying my ID, and had arranged to collect my new car, which was over 3 hours away. I had also cancelled the insurance on my previous car in preparation for the handover.

Then, at 4:55pm on the day before collection, I received a call saying my ID had not been verified. I know I had completed this step, so it seems there was an error somewhere in their process. What was most frustrating was that this wasn't flagged earlier, despite them having the whole day to contact me.

As a result, I had to cancel everything and arrange finance with another company. I don't know if this was an isolated incident, but it caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with the level of communication and organisation.
