The Team at Octopus 365 are incredible! As a user of their service (I am a Nursery Manager) I cannot recommend them highly enough! Their software is fantastic and great for Nurseries of all sizes, but what makes them stand out is the team behind it. If you have any questions, queries or wish to learn something, they are always on hand to help you. Everyone I have ever dealt with or met from Octopus has been fantastic, but I must mention Katie in particular. Her friendly, helpful service is honestly the best customer service I have ever come across. There has never been a time I have spoken to her that she hasn't been helpful, kind, friendly and cheerful! She always manages to teach me something new!
If you are looking for a company with exemplary customer service as well great IT & software capabilities, you cannot go wrong with Octopus 365!

Settling on our nursery software wasn't easy. We looked at numerous nursery software systems before choosing Octopus. It was the fact that with Octopus, you weren't "just" getting some software. We were becoming involved with a company that genuinely wanted our nursery to do well and succeed. Nothing is dismissed or passed over. Going that extra mile is proven by the fact they were willing to tweak their product for us. Launching our new sites has become easier now that Octopus has become involved with CCTV and other aspects as well. Originally, we were designing the installation ourselves, and now Octupus 365 has taken that over for us. We would fully recommend this company.

Really helpful team, spoke with them in January as I had some hacking scares and they resolved immediately and now manage some small but very much needed IT assistance on a monthly basis for an affordable fee. I arranged a visit to my small business for some CCTV to be fitted, the fitters were great, arrived on time and guaranteed and warrantied the work. very pleased, thanks James and the team.

As part of my small business we required some assistance with IT and internet security, after recommendations we decided to reach out to James and his team in 2021. Although it seemed they were predominantly nursery and childcare based, after a brief chat they designed a custom and unique package to manage all of our internet security and IT assistance in a totally different field, Engineering. In recent years, we have now outsourced all of our IT and this is now managed fully by James and his team. The level of support we required has adapted over time and we have been able to make some slight tweaks and customisations with no trouble, any questions or queries have been resolved by the team usually within the hour and we cannot fault the level of service over the years. I highly recommend Octopus 365 for any assistance with all things IT and Internet Security

They were instrumental in us using and installing all the software used at our nursery that is essential for a high quality, forward thinking, modern nursery. They have always been responsive, proactive and supportive of us, from day one. They’ve taken on board our suggestions and ideas, helped us with all and any tech issues, whilst being accessible and approachable. We have built up a brilliant relationship with them over the years, one that would be impossible to find with the larger tech companies. They consistently follow current legislation, provide regular software updates and online help. The training provided is excellent and easy to follow.
