My call with customer service about transferring my service to a new address was very smooth. I even made a mistake (telling them the wrong date) but they handled it with no problems. :)

Very pleasant, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Very friendly excellent employee.

I spoke with the kindest person ever named Marie! She was very helpful and was full of knowledge on every question I had about the solar contract I was looking into! I recommend her to everyone and if she hasn’t gotten one yet, she deserves a raise!!!!

I had a problem with payment methods and called, they answered within a minute and I was able to talk to a real human being, Eric. He was very professional and got my issue sorted in just a few minutes. Dealing with bills sucks already, this being easy made it a lot less painful <3

Ms Clarissa was most patience and very helpfull with all of my questions and was always very polite even though sometimes I kept repeating my self if I did not understand her explanations but she was great in explaining it was on my side that I was not understanding ther terminologies of usage for the Kws or how every you say it...she was just as calm and so so helpful...I had to write something about her becase again I can keep repeating it she was awesome...My name is Olga Hinojosa..thank you for having such a great employee to attend your clients.

They are hard to get a hold of on the phone but once you're able to talk to someone they are extremely polite and helpful. I talked to a representative named Marie and she went above and beyond too help me with the issues I was having. I am very pleased with this company

I did have a grate experience with costumer service today, Clarissa, was very helpful and respectful with me and my Mother, also she was very kind.

I called Octopus Energy to discuss why I was charged two different Oncor delivery charges this month & your CSR Eric explained that Oncor’s price changes once a year & that happened during the month. We also spoke about my contract expiring in a few months & he was extremely helpful with ideas & suggestions how I can remain with Octopus Energy. I was impressed with him & with Octopus’ cancellation policy & overall efforts to retain customers.
