I was a happy customer until I started…

I was a happy customer until I started getting assistance from Ch. C..
I have to make every request(meter reading, payment plan, tariff details, etc.) at least twice. They show no respect you as a client. And will bug you for the mistakes at their end. Or even worse abuse you with emails. Looking forward to change asap.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand it's frustrating when the monthly payment is higher than expected, and we'd like to explain this transparently.

This is a common point of confusion: comparison portals often factor the new customer bonus directly into the displayed monthly amount to show the total cost for the first year.

With us, the monthly payment is calculated based on your consumption and the regular price. The bonus is then credited in full on your first annual bill, as described in the contract details. So, your actual price per kWh has not changed.

However, your monthly payment is flexible! We want it to work for you.

We have already identified your account and will be in touch with you personally soon to set a monthly payment amount that you're comfortable with. You don't need to do anything further.

We hope this clarifies the situation!

I just recently signed an electricity…

I just recently signed an electricity contract and so far everything is great. I had a couple of difficulties, but Octopus Energy helped me solve everything, answered my questions quickly, and made our communication as comfortable as possible.

So far so good

I have been with Octopus for a year now and never had any issues whatsoever. we will see how it will go in a few months, if I will have to repay THEM or if I will get some money back since the original price that I was supposed to pay was 45€ a month and just after one month I increased it myself to 75€ so I dont have to repay them at some point. We will also see how much they will increase my electricity bill next year. for now, seems good.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Couldn't handover Contract even after two months of registration and then i am without contract as my old contract was ended with last provider. Every I call or email they ask for same documents again and again!

I had great Help when i was calling

I had great Help when i was calling! The woman on the phone was very patient and polite and cared for my problem immideately. And she also explained why i was in the situation and where my problem came from.
Even later when i was writing emails, she didnt forget about me and cared for my matters.
Thank you Mrs. Aksorndee, i hope Octopus appreciates his friendly workers as much as i do.
