As an English speaker living in Verona…
As an English speaker living in Verona I have had a few challenges dealing with endless aggressive phone calls from numerous call centres trying to convince me to sign up with there energy supplier. I reached out to Octopus and had the very great pleasure to get Francesca who has looked after me amazingly and effortlessly well. I just have to say - she is so efficient and pleasant to deal with it puts a real smile on my face . I can highly recommend Octopus and Francesca to any future customers

Excellent Customer Service
Apart from the competitive costs they offer, the deciding factor for me to switch to Octopus is their Customer Service. I like that the staff are quick and polite to the customers, unlinke most companies in the country. Keep up the good work!
