My Octopus Money Planner, S., has been such a fantastic support and very patient with my timeline and plan changes. Kudos to her for creating such a personalised detailed plan for me, and Octopus Money for their excellent service in general.

Bery Sharif has kept in contact with me while I have been executor of my late mother's estate. She guided me through what I needed to do to close Mum's stocks and shares ISA and returned documents promptly. She has arranged to dedicate a tree with the Woodland Trust in Mum's memory which is a lovely idea. Of all the financial services I have had to deal with she is the only who made me feel that she understood what I was going through. I would not hesitate to recommend Octopus money and may invest with them myself.
