Awful company, false advertising. Say they are a British family run business and item arrives weeks later from china. Poor quality, with no labels or return information- the phone number is fake and the customer service email is a bot. They do not provide refunds even though they say they have a money back guarantee. Do not buy from this company. Bank refuses to refund my case so I am out of pocket after months of disputing the case.

I didn’t like the item i ordered( fake Adanola) and wanted to return, they asked pictures or videos with the item being fitted by me so they can check whether item fits or not and accept the return OR not! They did not accept the return and felt like i am talking to a robot, unable to call them! Very bad experience with them! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

There isn’t a button for zero , don’t touch this company ever. I ordered a jacket for my daughter, 19th November, after numerous emails asking where was it , and as it hadn’t been sent like Julia from customer service said , I asked for a refund. Funny how 2 days later it arrived . I no longer need this jacket as I had to go buy another, they are refusing to give me a refund or returns label. On the Order page it says on the bottom that they do if not satisfied with goods . DONT ORDER FROM THEM , and they also put at end of email is there anything else they can help me with! Think I will be going to ombudsman! As I know I have rights!

AVOID purchasing from here. What I thought was authentic, good quality was actually a fake, cheap, thin replica.

When I wanted a refund, I was refused because it didn’t meet their policy - despite it saying we can due to change of mind. They don’t follow their own policy.

Ordered what i believed was a genuine whitefox tracksuit but what arrived was something way below an acceptable standard. The material was cheap and the length of the joggers was way to long. Tried to get a refund but some woman called Julia said I can't as the item doesn't have any flaws in the stiching. She doesnt seem to understand that the problem is their counterfeit goods, and the quality of the material cannot be felt through a photograph!

This website is absolutely shocking didn’t receive the item been told it’s been sent back to send cause the address couldn’t identify the phone is false and doesn’t ring I would never use to site if you thinking about it, trying contact them is nothing but a nightmare you wait for replies.

Awful quality- fake sold as White Fox actually a fake from China and paid full price. Avoid.

do not order from here took so long to ship. I had to ask to get the tracking number. When it arrived was nothing like the picture and material on the coat was super thin when going to return it’s not just simple you have to ask and they don’t even let you!!! Outrageous worst place I’ve ever ordered from

Bad bad bad- provided me fake white fox- tried to return and they told me it’s not in their policy! Their policy states 30 days - this was date of delivery! This cost quite a lot ! Didn’t expect a fake with amount paid so was a shock to receive terrible quality as it was a gift for my nieces 16 th birthday I wasn’t prepared to give her fake items !!! I’m now having to go through credit card to get money back- someone called Julia continues to respond not really reading the notes sent or responding with anything worth reading!

I ordered from this company triec yo return due to being too small cant contact anyone no reply to email texts or phone calls keep away

order 2 heated gilet a small and medium, when the arrived one was too big and overall the general appearance was cheap so as for a return as per their returns policy stating they would accept returns if the items were the wrong size or no longer needed. They refused to allow me to return them. At present I have referred them to trading standards.

My advice is avoid this company,I purchased 2 items(large cashmere polo shirt),1 a perfect fit the other significantly smaller therefore not fit for purpose.The web site offers 100 percent money back refunds,hassle free returns and excellent customer service,none of which is true.After 8 emails and frequent attempts to contact by phone,the company denied assistance with return of item stating they only offer exchange when goods are faulty,and that refunds cannot be given in case of change of mind.Neither item was labelled yet they argued both items were same size regardless of photographic evidence to contrary.My advise DO Not purchase from this company.

Do not buy from this company they advertise hassle free returns. The item was not the right quality or size but they have refused a refund and have not supplied return details
