I would like to see a larger sound design collection overall.

Great Sound FX packs, evenly great customer service
I bought the Mechanica, Utility and Next-Gen UI Sound FX Packs and am loving all the sounds and construction kits that came with those.
By accident I also bought another Sound FX pack because I somehow forgot to delete one item I wasn't that interested in (for now). Customer service was super friendly and went lightning-fast - and they gave me the quickest refund I ever got even though it was clearly a mishap on my end in this case. Fully recommend you check this company out for the quality of the sounds and the great customer service alone.

Below Expectations
I regret having to leave this review, but I believe it’s important to be honest about my experience. I purchased the Creator Essentials Bundle and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
After going through it in detail, I would say that only a very small portion of each collection (around 5%) is actually usable. The rest feels quite repetitive and, in some cases, the quality falls below what I was expecting.
I also tried to request a refund within the 14-day period, but this wasn´t possible because this policy does not apply to bundles, only to individual purchases. This was quite frustrating, as I’m left with a product I’m unlikely to use and no option to recover my money.
On top of that, the few basic sounds that could be useful are already covered by other free libraries I own, which further reduces the value of this bundle for me.
Overall, a product that promised much more than it ultimately delivers.

Several packs within the Creator Essentials Bundle that you purchased include a mix of individual effects as well as sequences built from those effects, which can sometimes make certain sounds feel repetitive. However, we completely understand that expectations and preferences vary, and customer satisfaction is very important to us.
You mentioned that you had reached out about a refund, though at the moment we haven’t been able to locate any messages regarding this, only your earlier query about some upcoming effects, which we responded to. Whilst our Refund Policy does indeed state that refunds are not typically offered for bundle purchases, this generally applies to larger bundles, as customers typically buy a couple of smaller individual packs before committing to a large purchase, if they're uncertain about suitability for their projects. However, in all cases, we review requests individually, and we’d be more than happy to help find a suitable resolution for you.

I recently picked up some sound effects…
I recently picked up some sound effects from Ocular Sounds and honestly, I’m really impressed. The quality is top tier and you can tell a lot of care went into designing them. They’ve already elevated my work and made everything feel more polished and intentional.
If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely recommend them. It actually made me want to go back and grab more from their library.
The only thing I think would take it to the next level is having some kind of tutorial or walkthrough on how to build out sequences using the sounds. That would be huge, especially for getting the most out of what you’re buying.
Overall though, super happy with the purchase. Easy 5 stars.
