We started talking to ODC about designs for our house over 3 years ago but due to planning delays and then an appeal it has taken til now for the project to be installed. Throughout the process the design team answered all our questions and provided solutions to our queries. They resolved any of our concerns and the installation team did an amazing job on site. This company makes great products and has a team of experienced and very helpful staff. We live close to the Poole factory, so were able to visit the showroom to see a wide range of products. Eddie couldn't have been helpful in explaining the features and attributes of the high quality products. Jamie was also excellent, and the ease and speed of communication with the company made them a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be returning to ODC for future projects.

Great looking doors but a part has gone wrong after 18 months and they say it falls out of warranty owing to customer 'misuse'? how does one misuse a door? because it's out of warranty they say we have to pay for the visit to investigate the problem, the new part, and the installation. doesn't leave a good taste in the mouth.

I recently had ODC Glass create 6 custom glazing panels with bifold doors for my home, all in non-standard sizes and with specific acoustic, thermal, and UV protection requirements. This was on a refurb/New-Extension on our property, which is just under 200 years old.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The sales team provided personalised attention and expert guidance, while the customer support team kept me informed throughout the process. The installation crew was professional, skilled, and worked seamlessly around our ongoing build project.

I've already recommended ODC Glass to two close friends who are now using their services. Without hesitation, they'll be my first choice for any future glazing work.

ODC were a pleasure to deal with. Really friendly staff and I’m so pleased with the super thin profiling that they managed to achieve for our sliding doors. They managed to produce a lovely heritage look with bespoke glazing bar design. I had thought I needed Crittall to achieve this but the aluminium was great as a less expensive alternative.

We contacted ODC glass to get a quote for replacement windows and doors to a second and third floor flat in a Victorian building in London. Photos and details that were requested were sent and a quote was received. We asked at this point whether a site visit was needed prior to the site survey as we needed to pay a substantial deposit and whether the quote would increase post survey. We were reassured by the sales person that a visit was not required, that the quote would not increase and that we might have to provide are own scaffolding. The survey took place on the 9th June and after chasing three times we received feedback on the 19th June when the sales person told us that the scaffolding tower that was included in the quote was not suitable and we would have to organise for scaffolding ourselves or we could get a refund and that on this occasion they would waive the cancellation charge. We were floored and even more so when started exploring scaffolding that they told us that they really were not a suitable window and door company for this type of installation, specialising in new builds and commercial and as they could not guarantee the quality of the finish we needed to go elsewhere. At no point did we refuse to arrange our own scaffolding as has been suggested. They have a showroom in London and the Victorian property in question is the same as thousands of other buildings in London. If they did not think they were suitable suppliers why did they not say something at the start or at least highlight they may not be able to do it. They have completely wasted our time and we are now back at square one. All the ill feeling could have been avoided if they had been open and transparent from the start.
