"Very disappointing experience with Odd96. I deposited ₹9,999.14 through UPI, but my funds were not properly reflected in my account. My User ID is 9837800849, and despite providing all transaction details, including the payment reference number, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Customer support keeps asking me to wait instead of fixing the issue. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. I expected better service, but the platform has failed to handle my deposit issue professionally. My withdrawal option has been blocked. Even after submitting the bank statement, it has still not been unblocked.

However, instead of processing or properly rejecting the withdrawal, my account has been blocked without any valid explanation. This raises serious concerns regarding the platform’s transparency and fairness.

Unblock my account immediately, or
Transfer my available balance to my registered bank/UPI account without delay.

I expect a proper response and resolution at the earliest.

Guys do not use Odds96 at all they use to digest the money without any hesitation see how I am waiting for my deposit from last 4 days and they guys are just passing time moving my sometimes on chat Or sometimes on email

Don't Play on this Platform because when I'm withdrawing Money they won't credit the amount instead they tell that Sent to Bank but never comes to the Bank or Credited.
They won't share the Transaction Proofs, Simply tell that Already Sent to Bank, Please contact your Bank

Very poor withdrawal service not giving withdrawals on time

I saw everyone giving their wrost expireance about this platform .after that I was really really scared because I win 1830 rupees bet and when I withdraw that money back then app show me same as you guys like amount sent to your bank account...but the money not credited in the bank I feel this fraud platform..but after 1 to 2 hours money credit to by bank account and bank send me the credit messege... there is an mix openion about this app but I had a good experience...for me it's not fraud app and they don't charge any gst or anything...for me its worked really well...

They didn't give withdrawal balance in our account they send you fake status sent to your bank but in actually the is not received in your account so please I suggest to everyone please don't deposit your money it's totally fake platform and make fool users

Everything I deposit money gets deducted but it's not credited in account. It's broke my trust. Everytime I try to reach out to customer service either they r not responding or they makes silly excuses please refund my money. Asap. Hoping for quick response.
