Way below expectations
I was grateful that Ode à la Rose delivered the flowers early in the day to the hostess of our engagement party that evening. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I got to the party and saw the flowers. I took photos but do not see how to attach here but the bouquet was nothing like the beauty I ordered for nearly $200!!! The flowers themselves were beautiful but they looked like they came from Jewel and were plopped in the vase. Most of what you expect from a florist is the actual arrangement of flowers and this delivery failed big time. My fiance has ordered many flowers from this florist but will not be ordering again.

We’re sorry to hear the arrangement did not meet your expectations.
To clarify, our bouquets are delivered in our signature gift box with the vase packaged separately alongside the flowers. They are not delivered in the vase. If the bouquet appeared loosely placed in the vase upon arrival, that presentation would have occurred after delivery rather than during transit.
That said, we take feedback like this seriously and will be reaching out directly to review the photos and better understand your concerns.

My daughter’s flowers were brilliantly done. They arrive when expected, packaged perfectly and her Birthday surprise was flawless .

I was sent flowers from a friend who used this company and was so impressed by what I received, I started using them myself when sending flowers.
