Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate you taking the time to share it.
I just wanted to clarify that our bouquets are delivered arranged in our signature gift box for protection during transit, and when a vase is included, it’s packed alongside the flowers rather than placed in it. This allows the recipient to trim the stems and arrange them to their preference once they’re placed in water.
It sounds like the photo you received was after the bouquet had been transferred into the vase, which can sometimes look a bit different depending on what the recipient decides to do.
That said, I completely understand the expectation and appreciate the feedback, it’s helpful as we continue to improve the experience.

Each order does include the gift message from the sender. The message is printed on a card and placed inside the envelope included in the gift box. Occasionally the envelope can be easy to miss when opening the package.
