Awful online experience
I had a failed booking but I was still charged and the online system reported that it would take 7 days for the refund. What refund? I was told that the transaction failed so how have I still be charged. If I’ve been charged, give me what I have paid for!! In what universe does this make sense. Online help is as about as useful as breaking your own arm and you cannot speak to a human to try to resolve. Never use odeon online, utterly awful
