Awful online experience

I had a failed booking but I was still charged and the online system reported that it would take 7 days for the refund. What refund? I was told that the transaction failed so how have I still be charged. If I’ve been charged, give me what I have paid for!! In what universe does this make sense. Online help is as about as useful as breaking your own arm and you cannot speak to a human to try to resolve. Never use odeon online, utterly awful

Be careful giving Odeon access

There is one thing to sign up to Odeon membership but to cancel, it is a joke.

I emailed them to cancel last month and they still took a payment this month.

Their phone line is always down, they don’t respond to emails

ODEON is a venue in Odense, and we do not charge any money. Apart from signing up to our newsletter, membership is not a possibility, so I believe your review may have been intended for another company?

I'll definitely be back!!!

It's been a while since I last visited the Odeon Leicester Square. It's been refurbished beautifully in its art deco style which looks impressive and worth the trip. The staff were very helpful; top marks to Will who was just lovely and welcoming! Very comfy seat, perfect for a long film (speaking of which, the loos were nice and clean too!). Well worth the trip, a great place to watch a film.👍
