I had a great experience using this firm for my remortgage and transfer of deeds. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly and helpful, and the pricing was clear and upfront with no surprises. They were always easy to get hold of when I needed reassurance or had questions, and everything was completed smoothly and on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

I needed some advice following a MARS offer. The Solicitor contacted me very quickly in response to my initial contact. He was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The face to face was arranged over a Microsoft Teams call due to the distance between the office and where I live. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish everything was explained in an simplified way, as there is an awful lot of jargon. My advisor was very patient and understanding. Taking time to answer numerous questions that I asked. I think having Zoom calls is a great Idea. So you aren't pressured into getting to their premises but also better then just receiving letter through the post. I was extremely please with my service. Thank you.

Thank you for the email. Sharing my experience regarding my most recent mortgage with O'Donnell Solicitors. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
This was my fifth time using O'Donnell Solicitors, and in the past, I have even referred overseas clients to your firm because I was always satisfied with your service. Previously, Nicola handled my case, and she was always very kind, polite, and professional.
However, during my most recent mortgage process, I felt I was treated unfairly by Charlotte. She made me feel as though I had done something wrong, and her manner was unprofessional. While I understand that it is her job to carefully check all documents, the way she spoke to me and handled communication was not appropriate. Often, she would not respond to my calls, and when she did, she was dismissive and impolite.
Because of this experience, I have decided that I will not use O'Donnell Solicitors again.
