I used to work with these and never worked for a more unorganised, terrible, evil, poorly managed, garbage company who doesn't give 2 sh\ts about their employees.
They gave me a lesser title to my position so they were able to pay me less, yet expected me to do the same (even more) work. I was SERIOUSLY under paid. I did ask for a rise, explaining i can't afford to live- they ignored me. Yet, were able to use thousands of kroners on a dumb staff event, rather than paying their staff a livable wage.
They also shared an email with confidential information on myself which i told them was NOT for sharing- again, unprofessional, garbage company.
Management are rude, unprofessional and have no clue how to run a business. Act like child- spoiled brats.
HR are dumb- slow or unresponsive to emails, no help at all, like working with children. I have had huge problems with wages and organisation multiple things.
I seriously don't understand how this company functions. No one has a clue what they are doing.
Best decision of my year was leaving this sinking ship.
This company makes me sick to my stomach. I wish nothing but pain for them.
I hope they rot. I really really do. I hope karma is coming soon
