Scam Company, do not buy from Them!
scam company!
I bought a menstrual swimsuit and panties for my 10 year old daughter, first of all I have been wondering for several days that I receive a message from Postnord that Aliexpress is sending me 2 packages where I have not ordered anything.
today it all made sense.
you pay an insane amount of money for crappy cheap chemical filled products that are paid to oduho who then makes the order and delivery through Aliexpress!
do not use this company!

well where do i start? First at all they never answer at any questions or suggestions of their customers. Customer services= 0 . Since over days i'm asking them they provide me a receipt of my order because i absolutely need it, i'm contacting them by e-mail since over days they never respond me. I'm tiring of Simply asking a mere document.

Edit: thank you for your responsiveness following my message posted on trustpilot. It's still a shame to come to this to get an answer and win the case...... Finally all's well that ends well I have my invoice so I'm going to change my rating but be more responsive to future for your potential customers.

I bought an article and the size is wrong, so I need to change the size. I asked for the procedures sending an email to the indicated address but I had no answer. I sent a reminder and I still have no answer. Could I pls know what I have to do to solve the matter? Where's the customer care???

I made an order on 19 September 2022. Few days later Oduho informed me that the parcel was sent. Some days later I tried to contact them in order to know where my package was, because the tracking link they gave me did not give any info, but I received no answer. 17 days later, I tracked the package on the DHL website (I had to try different delivery service websites because Oduho didn't inform me about the delivery company) and discovered that my package had been delivered 'in my letter box'. In my letter box there was nothing. I contacted DHL and they told me to let Oduho file a complaint for the missing delivery. I wrote Oduho again but no answer.
I am writing this review to actually get their attention. I can see they answer to bad reviews but not to clients asking for help!!
