Nice Facilities But a very process driven hotel
Stayed for 3 nights recently. Fell sick and was vomiting and dirating badly one night probably because of sea food I had for a lunch at a restaurant in Valetta. My brother had gone to a pharmacist to get some medications There was no water provided in the room so I called the reception and said that I was alone and I was feeling very sick, could they please send some drinking water and some ice to the room. A very blunt response was given by the staff that there is no room service at this hotel and I should come downstairs and get it myself from the bar. Despite explaining again that I was feeling very sick and I was happy to pay for whatever the hotel charges may be, no improvement in response. I ended up coming downstairs. The hotel staff dont seem to realise that they are in a hospitality business and being cruel is neither hospitable nor humane. Left Malta with a very negative feelings.
