My husband and I were wanting to create a wellness space in an unused part of our garden. Having looked around different companies for both saunas and ice baths we found Odyssey. Their products visually stood out and upon having the Vulcan sauna and Nordica ice bath installed the quality matches the appearance of the products. We’re thrilled.

The sauna we find as good as any commercial one we have used previously. It heats up to 80 degrees in about 30 mins and will go much hotter - if you can stand it!
The cold plunge I’ll take my husbands word for it when he says it’s invigorating 😜

Dan and Connor came to install our Forge ice bath this week and we are thrilled with it. The build quality is exceptional and it’s aesthetically beautiful. Dan and Connor were tremendous during the install, they really took their time to explain the operating procedures and how to keep on top of maintenance. They answered all the questions we had. We never felt rushed and they were thoroughly professional, leaving our back garden in immaculate condition. We’re super excited to get our hands on the dedicated app that Dan demo’d when it launches. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I’ve had my Odyssey plunge for 6 weeks and I’ve used it practically every day! Dan and team did a great job installing and supporting post installation. I definitely recommend them and the equipment is 1st class.

Fantastic, I’d been thinking about getting an ice bath for a little while and found Odyssey Plunge and couldn’t have been happier with the service and the product.
Delivery was easily arranged, the install was in a tricky and tight spot but Daniel and the team managed it so well, the set up was done and clear instructions on the chiller and bath were given so was useable right away.
Been using the bath for a little while now and it’s been a great part of my recovery efforts from gym sessions, running and everyday stresses.
Love how it looks with the wood, metal and lights making it a proper bit of kit and a stylish part of my garden.

My Odssey plunge is a game changer! Compared to my previous budget ice bath, I was sick of cleaning it out weekly and having inconsistent temperatures.. my Odssey has brought professional recovery to my garden. Not only does it look fantastic, it works a treat . Since having my bath for 7 months, it’s not had a single issue. An absolute power house!

We had really helpful advice and information prior to selecting which ice bath to purchase. The ice bath itself is super lovely. Beautiful cedar wood exterior and super steel interior. Excellent quality cover provided as well. There was a little bit of workmanship on the door of the chiller that was not up to standard but they sent us a new door and then we had a fault arise with the chiller and again, they sent us a new one very quickly. So we would highly recommend the company and the product. Great customer service and an excellent ice bath.

I actually cannot accurately do justice here to the level of service these guys provide but I’ll try as they deserve so much credit - when I say they go the extra mile, I mean it wholeheartedly. These guys travelled to NI to install one of their ice baths for me and from start to finish, the experience was second to none. From email correspondence to even organising for all ice bath packaging to be disposed of, it really was an outstanding service and nothing was too much hassle. The ice bath and chiller were positioned exactly where I wanted, fully set up and demonstrated - high quality products that I hope I’ll use for years to come. I could not recommend this company enough -in a world where many businesses cut corners or quality of service just isn’t what it used to be, these guys truly stand out. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have never experienced customer service like it. We bought a Keg XL ice bath with a hot/cold chiller, Firstly, the product itself is of superior quality, looks great, works great and at what I think is a very reasonable price compared to other brands. On receipt of our ice bath we had a few questions re set up. Daniel was there for us every step of the way and provided outstanding customer support over the phone on several occasions and outside of normal working hours (unheard of these days). I'd like to point out that the issues we had were down to us not reading instructions properly and having a slightly unusual set up as to where we put our chiller). If you are contemplating buying an ice bath buy from this company you won't regret it!!! 5 stars all round

Very happy with our purchase. We experienced a few technical issues at set up but all issues were resolved quickly and with great care by the Natural Bathroom team. The ice bath is now working amazingly well and looks beautiful in our garden. A quality product that will be well used daily.
