Hiii, needing help and feeling like there's no one to ask is a genuinely bad place to be, and we're sorry we put you there.

We do have technical support running 24/7, and it's reachable at support@oease.net. But you shouldn't have had to hunt for that, and the fact that you couldn't find it is on us, not you. We're already working on making the support contact impossible to miss inside the platform.

In the meantime, please email support@oease.net and tell us what you were originally trying to sort out, we'll pick it up personally and get it resolved.
