Ordered parts on Wednesday, they showed up Friday. Great shipping! Parts are correct. I will recommend them to my friends!

I strongly warn anyone considering buying from oem-parts.hu or oem-bike-parts.com . I placed orders for multiple products, but none of them were ever delivered. Attempts to contact their customer service were ignored, no responses. This company appears to take money without providing the goods, which is completely unacceptable.
Based on my experience, they seem to deliberately mislead customers and rely on people not following through with complaints. I have filed an official complaint, and I hope the authorities take action. It is extremely frustrating to see a company operate this way, taking advantage of small orders and scamming multiple customers.
Do not trust this company with your money. My experience shows a clear pattern of failing to deliver products and misleading buyers. I urge anyone thinking about ordering from them to stay away and protect themselves. This company’s practices are dishonest, and they should not be trusted under any circumstances.

I placed my order on 06/03/25 and as of today i still have not received it. After a first negative experience due to the waiting time since the purchase of more than 3 months. I received a message from the seller explaining the entire situation and the reason for the delay in delivering the order.

All of my ordered parts is in stock at oem parts. But they dont send them.

Made the order and payed 5 weeks ago.
(07-10-2024 and today is the 10-11-2024)

I placed an order for my bike 4 part. In the meantime, it turned out that I didn't need 1 of the items. I wrote to them, to which I immediately received an automatic reply. The answer stated that I can handle the order myself on the site. I was able to delete what I didn't need right away. Just a few clicks and I didn't have to correspond with anyone. It's great that I could manage my order so easily without unnecessary correspondence. It should be the same on other pages...

found this on a scam adviser style site - Consumer reviews about oem-bike-parts.hr. Very negative reviews. I WOULD NOT PLACE AN ORDER.

My order has been placed at 04.06.2024 but about the customs clearence process i cant take the headlight, there is a extra fee like 1000 Euro in the Turkish customs, so that is impossible to take the product. I get in touch with them. They told me it costs me extra fees. I said okay. The product send it directly from customs. But nowadays i cant get any response about the returning and giving back the money. I paid 688 Euro didnt get answer from them.
