I ordered a Lexus key on the 24 September and it’s now the 13th of November no part has arrived and they still have my money if you don’t send me a refund in two days I’ll start legal proceedings against you.

Mercedes Part ordered in July. Delivery estimate is 3 to 5 days . 3 Months later they have cancelled and refunded the order. Although they would respond to my emails within 24 hours, they would never update on stock lead times without me doing all the chasing. The price listed was very good however if you actually want the part without a load of empty promise dates probably best to use a different company. Impossible to recommend

I was searching for a specific car repart and i couldnt find it anywhere , they were very friendly and also search for me to help me and they found it , its not about the car repart but for the help they provide , they are based in UK and they help me in Greece , good people , good communication . thank you

AVOID. I would say terrible customer service but they do not actually have any.
Part ordered and paid for, then informed 2 weeks later they cannot source. They do not stock the items just take your money and hope they can find one.
No response from emails or a phone number we found.

No response to email enquiries with this company…does a customer service department exist…..I sent 4 email enquiries over a period of one week simply
asking for confirmation that a part for my SLK was actually in stock before I placed the order…..NO RESPONSE. Very disappointing.

This company advertises with 16 great Trustpilot reviews at the bottom of their website. When you look on Trustpilot there are only 3 reviews. Now 4.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this online auto parts store. I made a purchase on April 26th and it is now May 15th, and I still have not received the part I paid for. The customer support team, while responsive, lacks any real knowledge or ability to resolve the issue. All they do is provide empty promises and excuses, continuously delaying the delivery.

On May 10th, after weeks of waiting, I finally received confirmation that the part was in stock. However, despite this assurance, they have still been unable to organize the delivery to me. It is frustrating to be left in the dark and to continuously be told that the part will arrive "tomorrow" without any real progress being made.

I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this website. The lack of professionalism, delays in delivery, and overall poor customer service make it a risky and unreliable choice for buying auto parts. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your car part needs.
22.05.24 I received my order today. I got what I ordered, the original parts. As a result, 26 days from the date of payment. If you decide to buy on this site, keep this in mind.

OEM parts. Not the fastest dispatch but original parts. Good price too.
