Very bad service

Very bad service, unresponsive customer service, and very bad VPS. I had regular hosting, then they asked to upgrade to VPS, even though my hosting was working, but they are taking advantage of the fact that they have your files, so they ask for money through the upgrade.Very bad service, unresponsive customer service, and very bad VPS. Great company. Excellent customer service. Always fast to respond and solve the issue.

It's been fantastic experiences with Ofaex. So far their hosting is too good, never faced any downtime yet. Customer support was friendly enough to answer my queries & sorted out all of my issues in due time.

I will highly recommend Ofaex to everyone who's looking for incredible hosting services.
